This Privacy Policy describes how your information is collected, used, and handled when you use the Rehearsely iOS application (the “App”).
My philosophy is simple: I don’t want your personal data. The App is designed to do its job on your device without needing to collect unnecessary information about you.

Data Stored on Your Device The core functionality of Rehearsely—including your songs, setlists, and markers—is stored entirely locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account. I do not have access to this data, nor is it transmitted to any external servers owned by me.
Automatically Collected Information The App may use third-party services, such as Apple’s standard frameworks, which may collect basic, anonymous usage data and crash reports to help improve the App. This data does not personally identify you.
In-App Purchases If you choose to unlock premium features via an In-App Purchase, the transaction is handled entirely by Apple’s App Store ecosystem. I do not process, collect, or have access to your credit card information or personal billing details. Apple provides me with anonymous receipt data solely to verify your purchase and unlock features within the App.

Because I do not collect your personal data, I do not retain any personal data. Your app data remains on your device and is kept as long as you keep the App installed or maintain your iCloud backups.

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

I may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
